A charming course…
Story of the delicatessen "Filimon Geuseis" goes back a long way... And specifically it begins around 1950, in the village of Politiko, which is only a few minutes away from Nicosia, when the grandfather of the family, Filis, turned his talent to the processing of charcuterie into an art, that of charcuterie.

 

Today, the "Traditional Sausages of Philimons Tastes" has now been taken over by the third generation, namely the grandson of Mr. Philis, Mnasonas Philimonos, who learned the secrets of sausage making from his father and thus today, "delivers" to all of us lessons in taste and quality.

"Growing up next to my father, he transmitted to me the secrets of the charcuterie in the best possible way and taught me to be consistent, responsible and to respect the consumer. Today, I put into practice all of my father's heavy legacy by devoting endless hours of work to all the stages of production required to flawlessly perfect our products."

All our products are genuine without preservatives and added chemicals, where we make them under all hygienic conditions in our modern facilities in the traditional way that our ancestors taught us with the aim of keeping the tradition of our place.
