The history of the "Filimon Geuseis" charcuterie goes back a long way... And specifically, it begins around 1950, in the village of Politiko in Nicosia, when the family's grandfather, Philis, turned his talent in the processing of charcuterie into an art, that of charcuterie. Today, the "Traditional Sausages of Philimons Geuseis" has now been taken over by the third generation, namely the grandson of Mr. Philis, Mnasonas Philimonos, who learned the secrets of sausage making from his father and thus today, "delivers" to all of us lessons in taste and quality.
